McKinney, Texas — McKinney ISD is proud to announce the certification of district and campus leaders in Jon Gordon’s renowned Power of Positive Leadership program. This initiative reflects Superintendent Pratt’s commitment to fostering a culture of positivity, resilience and success across all levels in our organization and leadership development and growth for all.
The Power of Positive Leadership program, developed by best-selling author and motivational speaker Jon Gordon, equips leaders with the tools and strategies needed to inspire and empower their teams. The program emphasizes the importance of positive leadership in driving performance, enhancing employee engagement and achieving organizational goals.
