The first graders at Bennett Elementary School made Veterans Day cards for the airmen and grounds crew maintaining the B-52 bombers from Minot Air Force Base. The Air Force Chaplain has been able to brighten the long, hot days of our servicemen and servicewomen seriving at an undisclosed base in the Middle East with some cheer all the way from Texas. These photos are of a few of the Air Force Servicemen and Servicewomen receiving the cards on the ground and in the skies. They even videoed a short chant for the kids to say “Thanks!” We are so thankful for their service!
