January came to an end in the most exciting way!
On Thursday, students participated in the Apex Glow Run and celebrated the 100th day of school. Students dressed to impress and then ran laps. Many of them ran more than the 36 laps they were challenged to. Thank you families and friends for supporting the Bennett PTO through this fundraiser.
On Friday, students were treated to the first Bennett Live of 2025. We enjoyed a special guest visit by Mr. Harvey Oaxaca from our school board. He enjoyed a tour of the school while meeting staff and students. During Bennett Live, Mr. Oaxaca passed out awards and celebrated student achievements. Spelling Bee winners, Yearbook cover art, and Teacher Grants were some of the special awards this month. Mr. Oaxaca was also honored with a special Bennett Creed Award to close the ceremonies.
January was certainly full of joyful moments!
