Principal's Message
Happy Friday! We covered a lot this week. We survived our first full moon of the school year. We practiced all of our drills. We started putting grades in, so be sure to check HAC. We need your help to start the year off strong. Please remind your students to give 110% every day, and turn in all of the work on time.
MISD has a new attendance policy this year, and I want to remind everyone that the limit for parent notes is 4 per semester. Attendance is a crucial part of your child’s education, and being present allows teachers the opportunity to reach your child every day. Please work with us in communicating any circumstances that would prevent your child from attending Dowell every day.
