Can your student login to the laptop?
Is the date and time correct on the laptop?
Is the laptop screen cracked?
Do all of the keys on the keyboard work properly?
Are you able to login to the laptop?
Can you connect to your home WiFi or HotSpot?

If anything is not working properly when you complete the check, please have your student submit a Help Desk ticket by visiting: Student Help Desk
If the laptop is in good working order, please keep the laptop plugged in and charging to ensure it receives the latest updates.
