The McKinney ISD Interdisciplinary Studies and Mentorship Program (ISM) is hosting its 9th Annual Business Symposium, and we need YOU to make it a success as a volunteer. This is your chance to directly impact the future of our community by helping our MISD high school students hone their interview skills and build confidence as they prepare for their careers. Friday physics lab...Mr. Khan's AP Physics C (calculus based physics) students at North put their math skills to the test today during a trajectory lab in which they were challenged to launch a ball bearing down a slope, through a hoop and onto a target using calculus to determine the measurements and placement to make it happen. Each group had only one attempt to get it right. The slightest misalignment or miscalculation made the difference between success and "almost"!
