Don't forget that today, September 30th, is the deadline to pay for the MISD Device Protection Plan. All middle school and high school families are encouraged to pay an annual fee for the Device Protection Plan, which will be used to repair accidental damage to MISD issued devices. The Device Protection Plan covers accidental damages, theft of a device (with police report), fire or water damage, and vandalism. The plan does not cover negligence, intentional damage, or a lost device.
If you choose to not pay for the MISD Device Protection Plan before the September 30, 2024 deadline, you will be responsible for the full cost of repairs or replacement of the device.
The MISD Device Protection Plan is $74, or $37 if your student is receiving free/reduced lunch. The Device Protection Plan can be paid online through MySchoolBucks.com or to the campus bookkeeper via cash or check.
